Recipe: Avocado on toast

Avocadoes are an incredible source of good fat and can be used in so many different ways, making them one of the most versatile food sorts (think avocado chocolate mousse, creamy pasta sauces and raw brownies.)

This is a quick 2 minute recipe for when you’re a little bit peckish, but want something healthy, super filling and delicious to make. 


Start by slicing your avocado into small chunks and place in a bowl. With the back of a fork, mash the avocado until it is quite creamy, yet still has a texture.

Grind the salt and pepper into the avocado. Slice your tomatoes. Toast your bread, spread the avocado mixture on top and add the tomatoes.

Voila! Easy, affordable and ready in minutes.
