Monday madness workout

We all need a little pick me up on a Monday to get us going, so a 10 minute rush of endorphins first thing is perfect! Burn calories and trick yourself happy.

Perform each exercise for 2 minutes non-stop and you’ll have a better bod in no time. What are you waiting for, get going!

Squat jumps
Mountain climbers
Tricep dips
Star jumps

If that is simply not enough for you, do it all again for as many rounds as you can manage! Workouts do not have to be hours slogging it in the gym to be effective – short bursts a few days a week can also make a big difference.
