Christmas cracker workout

Feel like you’ve eaten too many mince pies? We’re all a little guilty of that to be honest… For some reason I’ve taken to eating them two at a time; a very bad habit I need to break!

If you over indulged in November month and you plan on munching your way through copious amounts of turkey, chocolate and Christmas pudding this month (not to mention mulled wine!), you’re going to need my mini-circuit to work it all off again.

This circuit is called the ‘Christmas Cracker Workout’ because all the exercises are EXPLOSIVE (sorry, I couldn’t resist)… Repeat this a minimum of 5 times, but I’d really try to push it and just go for as long as you can!

30 seconds jump squats
30 seconds burpees
30 seconds star jumps
30 seconds high knees
30 seconds high kicks
30 seconds box jumps
30 seconds alternate jump lunges
30 seconds plank (to really work your core!)
