AFTER DARK AT DON VALLEY BOWL

After Dark 2016 comes to the Don Valley Grass Bowl on Saturday 5th November from 5.30pm until 10pm. The bonfire will be lit 7.30pm with a firework display to music at 9pm. Hallam FM and Big John  will be live throughout the evening alongside a giant funfair.

Advance purchase tickets are priced £11 adults (aged 14+) and £5.50 child (age 3-13). From 5pm on November 5, tickets will be priced £12 adults (aged 14+) and £6 child (age 3 – 13).Further details at www.sheffieldarena.co.uk

CHATSWORTH BONFIRE

The annual Chastworth Bonfire and Fireworks nights on November 5 and 6 presents a special set of fireworks to Disney classics perfect for children and families.

Along with music from Disney favorites such as Frozen, there will be a magical twist to this year’s annual event with live ice-carving by the award-winning company which created a huge ice installation for the hit TV series Game of Thrones.

Gates open at 6pm with the Bonfire lighting happening at 7:30 and the firework finale at 8:45.

Tasty bonfire food and drink, live bands and silt walkers will accompany this event to make a fun-filled family evening.

Tickets are priced at £10 children and £15 adults on Saturday; £8.50 children and £12.50 adults on Sunday. For more information visit www.chatsworth.org

MEADOWHEAD GIGANTIC FIREWORK DISPLAY AND BONFIRE

This free event takes place on November 4th at the Transport Ground, Meadowhead, Greenhill, Main Road. This includes an outside bar, fun fair, Punch and Judy, a magic show, face painting, children’s TV characters, fire eaters, hot food a huge bonfire and a spectacular firework display and a huge bonfire.

MANOR FIELDS PARK

Admission for this event is free. Manor Fields Park, City Road, will be the venue for a bonfire on November 4th from 7.30pm. Food will be available but there is no parking at the site.

KELHAM ISLAND

Kelham Island’s famous Fat Cat pub is hosting a Guy Fawkes party night with a live band, barbeque and log burners in the beer garden.

There are no fireworks due to surrounding farms but it’s sure to be a brilliant way to spend the evening.
